Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional maid services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Cleaning Company.

General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply fill out our get an estimate form, call us, or contact us via whatsapp and a member of our team will provide a quote.

Does someone need to visit my property before booking a clean?

No all quotes are provided via telephone or email. Our experienced staff will contact you to ask you a few questions relating to the condition of your property which needs to be answered accurately and honestly for us to provide a quote. In some instances, we may ask for photographs to be sent across via Whatsapp or email.

Are cleaning supplies included in your price?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of cleaning supplies and equipment.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning services

In order to make sure that all our customers are happy with our service, customers are required to inspect the property on completion of cleaning before making final payment. All customers are given a satisfaction sheet to sign after inspection of the property. We encourage customers to leave honest reviews in order to help us grow our cleaning company.

Booking Questions

Do you provide same day booking?

We always try to accommodate customers with urgent booking where possible.

Do I have to be present during the clean of my property?

We prefer for the property to be vacant during the clean in order to provide the best service. However, we are happy to accommodate customer who are not able to leave the property whilst cleaning takes place.

Does my cleaner arrive at the exact booking time?

All our cleaning service are booked within a 1-hour window slot in order to give cleaning staff plenty of time to arrive at the property.  We always aim to arrive at the earliest time, however, please be aware that agents may arrive a little late due to circumstances which are beyond their control. We will always contact you to inform you if an agent is running late.

How can I book a cleaning service?

Once you have been contacted and provided with a quote, a booking confirmation will be sent via email with all relevant information. Please note that we require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking in order to secure booking date and time. A secure payment link for the deposit will be sent to your contact number or email address. The remaining balance is payable on the day after clean has been completed.

What Cleaning Services do you offer?

We provide services to hospitals and doctors surgeries, offices, residential homes, estate agents, landlords, hotels, and guest houses We also provide cleaning services to restaurants and bars. You may also be interested in our carpet cleaning, external window cleaning or antibacterial fogging services.

What is included in a residential clean?

A standard clean includes a full deep clean of the property internally.  Additional services include carpet and upholstery clean (shampooing) and oven clean.  We can transfer waste at an additional cost.  Our services include a one off and contracted regular cleans.

how do I organize a commercial clean?

We can either attend premises, but if you are unavailable, we can have a zoom call to inspect the premises. Once premises have be inspected and your needs discussed, we provide a tailored a quote. All our commercial cleaning services includes a contracted cleaning schedule. This is a pre-agreed cleaning rota/ schedule detailing your needs as well as our advice.

How many cleaners do you send out?

We send out two cleaners, however this is strictly tailored to the requirement of the job.

Are all your cleaners screened?

All our cleaning staff are carefully selected and have undergone an enhanced DBS check.
